We appreciate that many of our clients are volunteers, who organise and run events in their limited spare time. We're not some large, faceless business on an industrial park, we're a small family business, based in our own barn, who get to know all of our clients personally. We always endeavour to go the extra mile. This means we can offer a truly personal service to meet your needs. Have a tiny budget but still want to offer sustainable awards? We're your people. Need medals for your start-up event and just don't know where to begin? Right here! Have an urgent order and need us to meet you at 10pm in a motorway services to hand over your merchandise? We're always up for a road trip! Because of our set up, we don't work 'standard' office hours, which means that if the only time you can come and see us / Zoom with us / talk on the phone, is in your spare time, and that happens to be a Sunday at 7pm, we can accommodate you. It's that level of service and attention to detail that makes us stand out. If you're not happy with any element of what we provide, we will remake, replace or redesign it, because we are passionate about what we do, and believe that treating you as a friend is the best way to an enduring, rewarding partnership for all of us. We design each medal, trophy and award with you in mind, so the answer will always depend on your budget, your timescale, quantities required and design complexity. You can get a better idea of pricing on our Products page, but we offer basic medals from as little as £1.25 each, and budget trophies from about £10.00.

Yes we do! We have a number of options for medal ribbons, but we know many of our clients don't have the time and resources to thread medals. We can provide a quote with and without ribbons supplied and fitted, so you can decide for yourself.

Please include as much detail as possible when you enquire about our services, including your event date and receipt deadline. Once we commit to an order, we guarantee you will receive it in time. We can work to very short deadlines if necessary, but we will need to discuss this with you first as it will depend on our current order book.

We design all of our products in house, so can create just about anything you can think of. We'll work with you to understand your budget, aesthetic, style etc to bring your vision to life. If you already have a logo or a ready-made design, this can make things a little quicker, but most artwork will require some tweaking to be production-ready. This is something we will do for you and it's factored into your quote, so there are no hidden surprises!

Absolutely we can, and have a number of happy, repeat clients for whom we've done this to date. Trophies are ever popular for round / series / event winners to mark their achievements, and ours are quite different from generic trophies that can be fragile and aren't from sustainable sources. Merchandise can be a great way to increase your brand-awareness and the profitability of your event, and we've some innovative and exciting ideas to help you put out something a little bit different from your competitors!

We can Pantone-match pretty much any logo colour in our gorgeous, durable satin paint finish. We can then add contrast / additional colours with medal ribbon. If you'd like multi-layered medals to incorporate several colours, we can discuss this with you and provide you with a quote.

Whatever suits you best! We use tracked and insured shipping services to make sure you get your order in time, but if you prefer to collect from us we can arrange this.
